Ethical Expectations

All employee’s reviewers working for the Journal's departments are subject to ethical obligations. Everyone must carry out their responsibilities in accordance with a set of moral standards. The following outlines the various positions held by persons who work for the Journal's various members:

Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor

  1. To adhere to a nondiscriminatory editorial policy without regard to nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, language, religion, or political leanings.
  2. To guarantee the publication of content that would be pertinent, valuable, and within the Journal's purview, contributing to the academic community in any manner feasible.
  3. To encourage an objective, impartial examination of the author's work while avoiding disparaging or slanderous remarks, in order to help the meritorious works, get published.
  4. To uphold privacy in all circumstances.
  5. To judiciously handle instances of plagiarism and other copyright violations.
  6. To make sure incidents of conflict of interest are handled carefully.
  7. To answer questions and complaints as soon as possible.
  8. To complete all editorial tasks on time.
  9. All claims of unethical behaviour, improper practises, and conflicts of interest should be thoroughly and swiftly examined.
  10. To safeguard the integrity of the journal and to ensure the confidentiality of the manuscript's data, concepts, and author contributions.
  11. Maintaining the Journal's credibility, moral standards, and integrity.

Members of the Editorial Board

  1. To adhere to an inclusive editorial policy that forbids discrimination on the grounds of nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, language, religion, or political inclination.
  2. To guarantee the publication of content that would be pertinent, valuable, and within the Journal's purview, contributing to the academic community in any manner feasible.
  3. To encourage an objective, impartial examination of the author's work while avoiding disparaging or slanderous remarks, in order to help the meritorious works get published.
  4. Accept peer review assignments only if the work is relevant to their area of expertise.
  5. To make sure incidents of conflict of interest are handled carefully.
  6. To collaborate with the managing editor and editor-in-chief in an effective manner.
  7. Maintaining the Journal's credibility, moral standards, and integrity.
  8. To uphold privacy in all circumstances.
  9. To take plagiarism and other copyright violations seriously and to notify the editor about any violations.
  10. To disclose any conflicts of interest, (if necessary). Should not participate in peer review if there are any conflicts of interest.
  11. To make sure incidents of conflict of interest are handled carefully.
  12. To work effectively with the managing editor and editor-in-chief.
  13. Maintaining the Journal's credibility, moral standards, and integrity.

Peer Reviewers

  1. To encourage an objective, impartial examination of the author's work while refraining from disparaging or slanderous remarks, allowing the deserving works to be published.
  2. To maintain the privacy of all information pertaining to the peer review process.
  3. To treat plagiarism and other copyright infringement with tact, and to notify the editor right away when they occur.
  4. To disclose any potential conflicts of interest (if necessary). Should not participate in peer review if there are any conflicts of interest.
  5. To immediately carry out your peer reviewer responsibilities.
  6. Accept peer review assignments only if the work is relevant to their area of expertise.
  7. To communicate with the Editorial Office effectively.
  8. To uphold the Journal's moral standards, trustworthiness, and integrity.

Authors

  1. To encourage an objective, impartial examination of the author's work while refraining from disparaging or slanderous remarks, allowing the deserving works to be published.
  2. To make sure they only send in papers that haven't already been published, accepted for publishing, or aren't being considered for publication elsewhere.
  3. To submit the author's original papers in accordance with the Journal's norms and expectations.
  4. To cite and recognise all sources used where pertinent information was derived from an article that was either previously published, currently under review by another journal, or the author's own work.
  5. To confirm that experiments involving human or animal subjects must be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional regulations and must get the necessary ethical approval from the relevant institutional ethical committee.
  6. If the paper reports any human-involved studies, informed, written agreement should be obtained from the subjects, and the manuscript should protect their privacy by adequately masked their identity.
  7. During the manuscript submission process, authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest for all authors.
  8. The corresponding author should designate authors in accordance with international standards and acknowledge everyone who helped or supported the study but was not eligible for authorship.
  9. Before or during the article submission, the author must disclose whether the paper has been presented elsewhere (at a conference, seminar, etc.).
  10. The author must obtain informed, in writing, approval before include any identifiable information, such as names or images, in the text.
  11. Authors should absolutely avoid unethical actions and violations such as multiple or duplicate submissions, plagiarism, and manipulation of citations to improve citations for a certain journal, fabrication of data or creation of fake data, ghost authorship, and repetitive publication.
  12. If a serious error is found in a manuscript that has been submitted, is being reviewed, or has already been published, the author should inform the journal editor.
  13. To quickly and in compliance with all deadlines, deliver any information and data requested by the Journal's editorial office.
  14. To purposefully abstain from all instances of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or duplicate, redundant, or contemporaneous publications.
  15. Adhering to all regulations and instructions set forth for the publication of a work.
  16. To affirm that it is the author's own work.
  17. To make sure that confidentiality and privacy are respected as needed.
  18. To cite and credit sources used that were not your own in the format required.
  19. To make sure that written consent is acquired when using names, photos, or other personal information.
  20. To work closely with the Editorial Office in the event that an investigation is necessary to confirm or refute claims of plagiarism or any other unethical or dishonest behaviour.

Publisher

  1. To adhere to a nondiscriminatory editorial policy without regard to nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, language, religious affiliation, or political leanings.
  2. To guarantee the publication of content that would be pertinent, valuable, and within the Journal's purview, contributing to the academic community in any manner feasible.
  3. To meet the needs of and work for all stakeholder’s satisfaction.
  4. To guarantee that the Journal's policies are strictly followed throughout the publication process.
  5. To ensure that technical difficulties and financial constraints do not impede the publication process.
  6. To offer the Editorial team and other teams all necessary resources.
  7. Maintaining the Journal's credibility, moral standards, and integrity.
